Roy T. Graydon
President & CEO

On November 10, 2005, Mr. Graydon was appointed CEO and a director of the Corporation. On January 29, 2007 Mr. Graydon became President and CEO of the Corporation. From 2003 until 2005, Mr. Graydon was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Call-Net Enterprises Inc., a TSX-listed company, and from 2002 until 2003 was Managing Partner of VGC Capital Partners. From 1995 to 2001, Mr. Graydon was both Portfolio Manager and Vice President of Relationship Investing for the Ontario Teachers Pension Plan Board.

Robert Motz
Chief Financial Officer

On June 26, 2008, Mr. Motz was appointed CFO of the Corporation.  From 2003 until his appointment at Aeroquest, Mr. Motz was CFO of Agility Logistics, Co., the Canadian arm of a global international freight and supply chain management company.  From 2000 to 2003, Mr. Motz was CFO of AMJ Campbell Inc., a TSX listed company.  Prior to 2000, Mr. Motz was Vice President, Corporate Finance and Administration at Motorola Canada Limited.

Keith Morrison
Chair, Board of Directors

On October 13, 2006 Mr. Morrison was appointed as a Director of the Corporation. On August 17, 2007, he was elected chairman of the Board. Mr. Morrison served as CEO of Quantec Geoscience Limited, which provides geophysical services to the mining industry from 1989 to 2005 and is currently a director. Mr. Morrison is also currently a director and the CEO of Vismand Exploration Inc., a privately held global exploration company.

Harris Kupperman
Chair, Board of Directors

Harris Kupperman was appointed to the board of Aeroquest on May 12, 2010. Since January 2003, Mr. Kupperman has been president of Praetorian Capital, an investment partnership based in Miami, FL. As at June 30, 2010 Praetorian owned approximately 13% of the issued and outstanding shares of Aeroquest, making it the Company's largest single shareholder.

John Barker
Chair, Audit Committee

On August 18, 2006 Mr. Barker was appointed as a Director of the Corporation. From 2000 to 2006, Mr. Barker was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Zenon Environmental Inc.

Gordon Bogden
Chair, Nominating & Governance Committee

On January 16, 2008, Mr. Bogden was appointed as a Director of the Corporation. Between 2003 and 2007, Mr. Bogden was the Vice Chairman, Global Metals and Mining, Corporate and Investment Banking, National Bank Financial Inc. From 1990 to 2003 Mr. Bogden held positions of increasing responsibility with a number of Canadian-based investment dealers. From 1986 to 1989 Mr. Bogden was a director (and a founder) of Quantec Geosciences.

John W. Hick, B.A., LLB.
Chair, Compensation Committee

Mr. Hick has over 25 years of experience in the mining industry, in both senior management positions and as an independent director, during most of which time he has been based in Toronto, Canada. He is currently non-executive Chairman of Silver Eagle Mines Inc. a TSX listed junior mining company, which is currently developing a silver-base metal property in Mexico. He is also an independent director of a number of TSX (or TSXV) listed mining companies, including, First Uranium Corporation, Carpathian Gold Inc., Revett Minerals Inc, and Hudson Resources Inc., and Marengo Mining Ltd. (which is also listed on the ASX land POSoX exchanges). From December 2004 to June 2006, he was the CEO and then Vice Chairman of Rio Narcea Gold Mines Ltd., and prior thereto, held senior management positions with a number of mining companies, including President & CEO of Defiance Mining Corp. (June 2003 to September 2004), President & CEO of Geomaque Explorations Ltd. (December 2001 to June 2003), Chairman of the Board of Rayrock Resources Inc. (1998 to 1999), President then Vice Chairman of TVX Gold Inc. (1993 to 1997) and Senior VP, Corporate of Placer Dome Inc. (1987 to 1990). From June 1990 to Feb. 1993, he was President and CEO of Grafton Group Ltd., a specialty retailing company. In addition, Mr. Hick has had significant experience in the restructuring of companies.
